Factory of professional knives

This is the perfect and professional way to keep your knives sharp.

Sharpening instructions:

Pass the blade through the full length of the sharpener, pressing it gently as shown in figure 1. Repeat this step on the other side of the blade. Repeat the above steps a few times, alternating the blade sides.
Important note! Hold the knife downwards slightly at between 20 and 30 degrees against the sharpener, as shown in figure 2.
